What happens after sending the report?
After submitting your report:
- you'll be shown the access information to an anonymous case-mailbox: copy/paste or download it;
- an automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent to your case-mailbox;
- an internal investigation will start;
- within 7 days: a personalized confirmation of receipt of your notification will be send to your case-mailbox or any other address you have specified (email, fax, postal address). The personalized confirmation of receipt may contain questions about the submitted data in order to expedite any investigations into the reported incident.
- within 3 months: you will receive feedback on measures planned and already taken, as well as the reasons for them. Please note that any feedback sent to you will not contain any data that could affect internal investigations or the rights of the persons named in the report.

In short: every illegal or unethical act perpetrated in the name of our organization. This includes: corruption, bribery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, competition and antitrust violations, money laundering, terrorism financing, accounting fraud, accounting violations, health protection, HSE, discrimination, harassment, data privacy.
